Tri-County Council wants to help businesses be smart

The Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland and its Minority Business Opportunities Task Force, along with other partners through funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, have initiated a portal for small and minority businesses to gain access to opportunities to promote the growth of the economy.
