Business Expo

CCMBA and Huntingtown H.S. will be hosting a mini business expo to be held during National Mentorship month. It will be held from 10:30-1:00pm with set up and break down. Huntingtown H.S. has approximately 50 students who receive mentorship from their teachers. Businesses and organizations will attend to encourage the students to pursue a career, possibly go to college, and also focus on everyday life skills. Carrington Formal Wear will show the students how to dress for success. Bryant Parker of Elite Martial Arts will come to discuss and actively encourage the students with physical fitness. The health dept., CSM, police department, military recruiters and the local sheet metals union etc. have been invited to discuss careers, college and life skills. The objective is to pique the students interest with as much interaction as possible.
