Two organizations in the community joined forces to sponsor a unique and interactive event in honor of National Mentoring Month. The Calvert County Minority Business Alliance (CCMBA) and Huntingtown High School coordinated and hosted the first annual HYPE Mini Business Expo. HYPE = Helping Youth Prefer Excellence and was named by the HHS students.

On October 20, 2011 6:30-8:30 pm at the Reid Building located on Route 2 in Sunderland, MD, Business Owners, Professionals, Government Representatives and Non Profits are invited to attend the Calvert County Minority Business Alliance Open House to kick off CCMBA’s 2011-2012 program year. Panelists will discuss: How Your Business Can Impact the Political Process and Policies to assist Small Business.
